Contract (toll) Manufacturing
Single
and multi-stage synthesis is carried out under technology transfer from customer
to Aisuo, who are then often involved with further process improvements. Regular
technical and operations meetings ensure the smooth flow of information to
ensure that the customer is in full control of the key aspects of the supply
chain. For projects requiring additional investment, Aisuo is prepared to invest
in plant and equipment on behalf of the customers in return for manufacturing
commitment.
Custom synthesis
Using in
house technology, excellent customer relations, and reliable partners within the
academic world, Aisuo is available to offer a bespoke service of custom
synthesis. A significant proportion of our current projects fall into this
category, all of which are different in terms of contractual arrangement,
depending on the customers' requirements. Examples include IP transfer in return
for manufacturing commitment, improved yield – shared savings, joint
publications.
